Your support can help a family buy a cow which provides:
nutritious products for a family to sell,
eco-friendly lawn maintenance,
additional opportunities for families
If cows aren’t your thing, A Tribe Called Goats might be up your alley (a group of goats is called a tribe). Five female goats and one male are a gift of sustainability - especially for herding families facing drought. A tribe of goats can help women protect their incomes and strengthen their community.
Other ways that your generosity can be applied, chickens, mosquito nets, school shoes, and computers (laptops, tablets. desktops).
Purchase a chicken for $25.00
Purchase mosquito nets for $10.00

Purchase a cow for $2000.00
Purchase school shoes for $20.00
HERA Mission of Canada
HERA collaborates with and takes direction from and fund-raises for Asembo Bay Women for Development, a group of women leaders in the village of Asembo Bay who have been committed to building greater prosperity and opportunities for orphaned children, widows, grandmas and great grandmas (Danis) after the devastating impact of HIV, TB, AIDS and Malaria transformed the village and left 100s struggling in poverty.
